🔧 PRODUCTS & USE

All products sold by Mustang Truss are intended for use in construction applications and must be installed in accordance with applicable building codes and engineering specifications.

It is the responsibility of the customer, builder, or installer to ensure proper use, installation, and compliance with all local codes and regulations.

📐 ENGINEERING & DESIGN

Where applicable, engineered drawings and specifications will be provided with your order.

Mustang Truss is not responsible for:

  • Improper installation

  • Modifications made after delivery

  • Misuse of products outside intended design

💳 ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Once an order enters production, it may not be canceled without incurring costs associated with materials and labor.

🚚 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on production schedules and logistics.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate delivery information

  • Ensuring site access

  • Unloading materials unless otherwise agreed

Additional charges may apply for failed delivery attempts.

🔁 RETURNS & REFUNDS

All returns are subject to our Refund Policy.

Custom and engineered products are non-returnable.

⚠️ LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mustang Truss shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Project delays

  • Improper installation or handling

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the purchase price of the product.

🛠️ WARRANTIES

Products are provided as manufactured. Any warranties are limited to defects in materials or workmanship and do not cover installation or misuse.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
