Shipping Policy

Shipping Overview

Due to the size and structural nature of our products, all orders are shipped via flatbed truck delivery, local delivery, or customer pickup. Enclosed box truck delivery is not supported.

📦 Production Time

All trusses are built to order.

  • Standard production time: 2–4 weeks

  • Lead times may vary based on order size and demand

Customers will be notified when their order is ready for shipment.

🚛 Shipping Methods

1. Local Delivery (Preferred)

  • Available within our regional service area

  • Delivered via Mustang Truss or contracted flatbed carrier

  • Delivery scheduling required

2. Flatbed Freight Shipping

  • Required for all non-local deliveries

  • Orders are shipped via open flatbed trailers only

  • Customer will be contacted to coordinate delivery scheduling

3. Customer Pickup

  • Available at our facility by appointment

  • Customers must bring appropriate equipment and secure loads properly

⚠️ Flatbed & Equipment Requirements

Due to the size and weight of trusses:

  • Flatbed trucks are required for all deliveries

  • Box trucks, vans, and enclosed trailers are not permitted

  • Customer must have forklift, telehandler, crane, or equivalent lifting equipment available at the delivery site

Mustang Truss and third-party carriers do not provide unloading services unless explicitly agreed in writing

💲 Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on location, load size, and delivery conditions

  • Freight quotes may be provided after order placement

  • Additional charges may apply for:

    • Remote or difficult access sites

    • Jobsite delays

    • Special handling requirements

⚠️ Delivery Requirements

Customers are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the delivery site is accessible for flatbed trucks

  • Providing adequate space for maneuvering and unloading

  • Having proper unloading equipment on-site at time of delivery

  • Being present or having a representative available

Failed deliveries or inability to unload may result in additional fees.

📦 Inspection Upon Delivery

  • All products must be inspected at time of delivery

  • Any damage must be noted with the driver and reported within 48 hours

  • Photos are required for all damage claims

🕒 Delivery Timing

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

Mustang Truss is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather

  • Freight carrier delays

  • Site access or unloading issues

We currently ship within the United States.
Certain locations may require additional coordination prior to shipment.
