Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, all trusses are built-to-order and engineered for specific applications.

Custom & Engineered Products

• All custom or engineered trusses are final sale and non-returnable

• No refunds will be issued once production has begun

Standard Products

• Standard-sized trusses may be eligible for return only with prior approval

• Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery

• Approved returns are subject to:

  • 25% restocking fee

  • Customer responsible for all return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

• Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

• Please provide photos and documentation

• We will work to repair, replace, or resolve the issue promptly

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund

• After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to material and production costs

Shipping

• Customer is responsible for ensuring site access and delivery conditions

• Failed delivery attempts or re-delivery may incur additional charges
